Cancellation and Returns Policy
- Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days from the invoice date. Returns requested beyond this period will not be eligible for processing.
- Restocking Fee: Any cancellations of orders will incur a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 40% of the purchase price.
- Freight Charges: In cases where products have already been dispatched, freight charges are non-refundable. All freight costs for returns are to be borne by the customer.
- Special Orders: Products that are specially ordered cannot be returned under any circumstances
Onyx Tyres Warranty on Tyres
At Onyx Tyres, we assure the quality of all the tyres we supply and install for the life of the tyre. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is encapsulated in our robust tyre warranty policy.
- Lifetime Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our tyres for their entire lifetime. If you find a manufacturer’s fault after purchase, we will replace your tyre at no extra charge, *a fault must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
- Pro-Rata Replacement Policy: If the tyre tread is worn more than 20%, Onyx Tyres offers a pro-rata replacement. For instance, if a tyre is 40% worn, Onyx Tyres will cover 60% of the cost of a replacement tyre, while you will pay only 40% of the cost.
- Claims Reporting Window: Any defects or issues with tyres must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to warranty claims.
Terms and Conditions of Guarantees
- Repair or Replacement Service: Onyx Tyres will repair or replace (where feasible) any defective product within the warranty period.
- Warranty Claim Costs: We do not cover expenses for claiming the warranty, and the customer is responsible for all freight charges.
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty is void if the defect results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear or the natural lifespan of the tyre is not covered under this warranty.
- Proof of Purchase: Retain your invoice as proof of purchase when lodging a warranty claim.
